The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 75.98 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 67.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.87 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.17 per cent at Rs 538.94 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 444.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.49 per cent to Rs 472.61 crore from Rs 373.64 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 21.97 per cent at Rs 56.19 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 46.07 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 6.77 per cent to Rs 66.33 crore as against Rs 71.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.06 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 14.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.93 crore, while Taxation decreased by 15.65 per cent at Rs 23.60 crore (Sep'25 Rs 27.98 crore).
