The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 29.36 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 22.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.14 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.59 per cent at Rs 113.25 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 90.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.77 per cent to Rs 63.91 crore from Rs 47.42 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 16.67 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.30 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 13.48 per cent to Rs 49.34 crore as against Rs 43.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.91 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 25.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 8.13 per cent at Rs 10.11 crore (Sep'25 Rs 9.35 crore).
