The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 96.27 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 138.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.44 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.52 per cent at Rs 378.87 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 355.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 39.15 per cent to Rs 247.43 crore from Rs 177.82 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 320.24 per cent at Rs 7.06 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.68 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 26.11 per cent to Rs 131.44 crore as against Rs 177.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.63 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 63.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.95 per cent at Rs 27.22 crore (Sep'25 Rs 29.57 crore).
