The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.56 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 25500.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 622.61 per cent at Rs 24.93 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 547.59 per cent to Rs 21.50 crore from Rs 3.32 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 47.83 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.23 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 2538.46 per cent to Rs 3.43 crore as against Rs 0.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 272.90 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 150.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore (Sep'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
