The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.16 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 29.65 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.60 per cent at Rs 47.19 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.80 per cent to Rs 39.08 crore from Rs 28.36 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit surged by 21.04 per cent to Rs 8.11 crore as against Rs 6.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.10 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 143.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.00 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.61 per cent at Rs 1.46 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1.32 crore).
