The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.84 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 36.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.92 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.63 per cent at Rs 270.16 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 263.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.15 per cent to Rs 233.92 crore from Rs 220.37 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 8.77 per cent at Rs 12.48 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 13.68 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 15.47 per cent to Rs 36.24 crore as against Rs 42.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.68 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 24.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.75 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.47 per cent at Rs 9.86 crore (Sep'25 Rs 10.43 crore).
