The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 66.31 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 55.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.45 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.17 per cent at Rs 162.42 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 147.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.84 per cent to Rs 79.47 crore from Rs 74.38 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 2.25 per cent at Rs 27.85 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 28.49 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 13.55 per cent to Rs 82.94 crore as against Rs 73.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.07 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 19.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 21.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 27.29 per cent at Rs 14.68 crore (Sep'25 Rs 20.19 crore).
