The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.81 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 33.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 32.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 48.51 per cent at Rs 362.30 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 243.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 52.82 per cent to Rs 315.17 crore from Rs 206.23 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 99.73 per cent at Rs 15.02 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 7.52 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 24.95 per cent to Rs 47.13 crore as against Rs 37.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.85 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 28.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.95 crore, while Taxation increased by 83.30 per cent at Rs 8.89 crore (Sep'25 Rs 4.85 crore).
