The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.89 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 18.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.11 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.57 per cent at Rs 449.92 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 476.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.69 per cent to Rs 420.57 crore from Rs 432.18 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 3.03 per cent at Rs 36.75 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 35.67 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 33.75 per cent to Rs 29.35 crore as against Rs 44.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.89 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 2.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.22 crore, while Taxation decreased by 63.41 per cent at Rs 1.87 crore (Sep'25 Rs 5.11 crore).
