The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.05 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 98.99 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.02 per cent at Rs 19.65 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.94 per cent to Rs 21.71 crore from Rs 21.09 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 70.46 per cent at Rs 3.95 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 13.37 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 55.02 per cent to Rs -2.06 crore as against Rs -4.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 62.12 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 20.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.73 crore, while Taxation decreased by 87.64 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1.78 crore).
