The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.61 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.98 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 24.06 per cent at Rs 65.96 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 86.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.32 per cent to Rs 59.74 crore from Rs 79.99 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 7.06 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.85 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 9.46 per cent to Rs 6.22 crore as against Rs 6.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.22 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 54.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.51 crore, while Taxation decreased by 47.34 per cent at Rs 0.89 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.69 crore).
