The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 8.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 168.66 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.72 per cent at Rs 278.20 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 214.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.78 per cent to Rs 236.52 crore from Rs 195.83 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 31.68 per cent at Rs 3.73 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 5.46 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 123.61 per cent to Rs 41.68 crore as against Rs 18.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 72.38 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 9.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 176.79 per cent at Rs 7.75 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.80 crore).
