The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.60 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.84 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.38 per cent at Rs 43.04 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 37.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.15 per cent to Rs 34.60 crore from Rs 29.79 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 41.84 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.98 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 3.30 per cent to Rs 8.44 crore as against Rs 8.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.92 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 42.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.55 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.56 per cent at Rs 1.52 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.44 crore).
