Shipwaves Online Ltd has received a purchase order worth USD 55,800 (approximately Rs 53.30 lakh) from TATA UK Ltd for providing a centralized digital platform to track and monitor shipments across its global supply chain and project logistics operations.
The platform will enable tracking and monitoring of ocean, air, breakbulk and courier shipments, supporting Tata UK’s logistics operations globally.
The order has been awarded by an international entity and is to be executed over a period of three years.
Shipwaves Online said there is no interest of the promoter, promoter group or group companies in the entity awarding the order. The transaction also does not fall under related-party transactions.
