The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.07 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.04 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 52.81 per cent at Rs 5.79 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 47.97 per cent to Rs 4.99 crore from Rs 9.59 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 34.26 per cent at Rs 10.19 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 7.59 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 70.15 per cent to Rs 0.80 crore as against Rs 2.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.57 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 23.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.79 crore, while Taxation decreased by 53.66 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.41 crore).
