The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.28 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.79 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 48.85 per cent at Rs 157.04 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 50.07 per cent to Rs 143.89 crore from Rs 95.88 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2.40 per cent at Rs 5.98 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 5.84 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 36.80 per cent to Rs 13.16 crore as against Rs 9.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.11 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 160.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.06 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
