The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 4.44 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.62 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.97 per cent at Rs 64.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 72.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.14 per cent to Rs 61.32 crore from Rs 71.42 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 304.76 per cent at Rs 0.85 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.21 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 232.26 per cent to Rs 3.09 crore as against Rs 0.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 272.09 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 271.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 1128.57 per cent at Rs -2.58 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.21 crore).
