The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 45.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 68.18 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 24.01 per cent at Rs 942.47 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,240.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.73 per cent to Rs 924.53 crore from Rs 1,196.49 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 69.58 per cent at Rs 7.75 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.57 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 58.98 per cent to Rs 17.94 crore as against Rs 43.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.18 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 1.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 235.05 per cent at Rs 4.97 crore (Jun'25 Rs -3.68 crore).
