The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.93 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 231.58 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 245.81 per cent at Rs 71.86 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 248.61 per cent to Rs 60.31 crore from Rs 17.30 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 128.13 per cent at Rs 1.46 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.64 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 232.18 per cent to Rs 11.56 crore as against Rs 3.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.00 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 173.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 266.13 per cent at Rs 2.27 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.62 crore).
