The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 56.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.01 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.44 per cent at Rs 629.39 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 540.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.19 per cent to Rs 558.54 crore from Rs 464.71 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 13.00 per cent at Rs 11.18 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 12.85 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 6.57 per cent to Rs 70.85 crore as against Rs 75.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.74 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 94.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 13.07 per cent at Rs 17.16 crore (Jun'25 Rs 19.74 crore).
