The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 83.50 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 69.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.14 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.73 per cent at Rs 437.70 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 406.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.53 per cent to Rs 322.40 crore from Rs 311.40 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 28.74 per cent at Rs 6.20 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 8.70 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 21.50 per cent to Rs 115.30 crore as against Rs 94.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.76 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.07 per cent at Rs 28.80 crore (Jun'25 Rs 24.60 crore).
