The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.37 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 136.21 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.99 per cent at Rs 21.94 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.07 per cent to Rs 19.10 crore from Rs 15.15 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 49.18 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.61 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 78.62 per cent to Rs 2.84 crore as against Rs 1.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 35.82 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 34.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.34 crore, while Taxation increased by 220.00 per cent at Rs 0.48 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.15 crore).
