The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 111.90 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 129.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.79 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.69 per cent at Rs 941.60 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 835.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.31 per cent to Rs 760.80 crore from Rs 659.80 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 20.68 per cent at Rs 21.10 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 26.60 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 2.84 per cent to Rs 180.80 crore as against Rs 175.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.75 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 357.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 29.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 12.81 per cent at Rs 38.80 crore (Jun'25 Rs 44.50 crore).
