The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 90.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 59.11 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 51.32 per cent at Rs 216.83 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 445.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.84 per cent to Rs 213.74 crore from Rs 328.00 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 319.47 per cent at Rs 52.35 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 12.48 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 97.37 per cent to Rs 3.09 crore as against Rs 117.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 94.61 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 73.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.82 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.14 per cent at Rs 12.49 crore (Jun'25 Rs 30.57 crore).
