To consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of debt securities and/or other securities, including securities convertible into or exchangeable for equity shares of the Company at a later date, on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board, subject to applicable laws and requisite approvals.\r\n2. To consider and approve the issue of securities which may be converted into equity shares of the Company at a later date, including the terms relating to conversion, issue price,\r\nconversion price, tenure, interest/coupon, redemption and other terms and conditions, as may be applicable and permissible under the prevailing laws and regulations.\r\n3.
