We wish to inform that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remmuneration Committe, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, has, inter- alia considered and approved appointment of Dr. Prabhakant (DIN: 11640370) as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Dircetor on the Board of the Company, with effect from the conclusion of business hours, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
