(IST) and also Intimated that the said AGM would be held through VC and Other Audio-Video Means (OAVM) by using CDSL e-Voting Platform.\r\n\r\nWe also wish to inform that we have dispatched the Annual Report for the FY 2025-26 together with the Notice of 78th AGM of the Company to the eligible shareholders of the Company on 28th August, 2026.
