The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.12 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 67.54 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 41.79 per cent at Rs 14.36 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.61 per cent to Rs 11.01 crore from Rs 17.37 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 42.42 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.66 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 54.11 per cent to Rs 3.35 crore as against Rs 7.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.10 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 65.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.32 crore, while Taxation decreased by 64.35 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.15 crore).
