The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.09 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 326.04 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 60.73 per cent at Rs 47.48 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 54.34 per cent to Rs 42.52 crore from Rs 27.55 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 520.83 per cent at Rs 1.49 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.24 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 149.25 per cent to Rs 4.96 crore as against Rs 1.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 55.13 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 5.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 326.67 per cent at Rs 1.28 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.30 crore).
