The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 65.28 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.83 per cent at Rs 53.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 59.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.77 per cent to Rs 47.46 crore from Rs 53.19 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 1.50 per cent at Rs 1.97 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.00 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 8.63 per cent to Rs 6.42 crore as against Rs 5.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.20 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 76.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 89.53 per cent at Rs 1.63 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.86 crore).
