Company has fixed Tuesday, 25th August, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligiblity of shareholders entitiled for issuance of 10 (Ten) Rights Equity Shares for every 13 (Thirteen) fully paid-up equity shares held by the existing equity shareholders on Rights basis.
