The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 97.15 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 58.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 65.14 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 58.29 per cent at Rs 4,832.22 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3,052.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 58.81 per cent to Rs 4,686.00 crore from Rs 2,950.72 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 141.36 per cent at Rs 17.33 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 7.18 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 43.34 per cent to Rs 146.22 crore as against Rs 102.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.28 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 2.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 27.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 66.00 per cent at Rs 33.00 crore (Jun'25 Rs 19.88 crore).
