The Company also obtained Limited Review Reports on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.\r\n2. To approve Notice of Annual General Meeting and Director's Report for Financial Year 2025-26.\r\nThe meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 3:30 P.M. and the meeting concluded at 6:00 P.M.
