The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 97.72 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 24.30 per cent at Rs 23.40 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.99 per cent to Rs 24.14 crore from Rs 27.12 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 28.57 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.21 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 119.53 per cent to Rs -0.74 crore as against Rs 3.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 125.94 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 15.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 72.09 per cent at Rs -1.48 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.86 crore).
